Goals II

I don't know about the 5 people reading this (I'm up to 5 since Chaz Michael Michaels joined) but I find I do better with goals - long term and short term. Long term goals are critical  - wanting to retire at 55, wanting to lose weight, career goals, or running a marathon. The key is setting achievable short term goals - saving $100/week, losing 2 pounds per week, a work success, or running an extra mile.

I find that a long term goal gets me motivated to get out of bed. The short term goal gets me through the day.

Passed the 25,000 mark today. Can't think too far ahead. Just need to keep my head down and focus on the short term goals. We all do that but I feel better doing it for a great reason like DSACO.

Try it.
